ExtraHolding GmbH

We hold and manage the investments and business divisions of the extragroup. These include, amongst others, ExtraEnergie GmbH and EVD EnergieVersorgung Deutschland GmbH, both of which are independent energy suppliers providing electricity and gas to customers throughout Germany, as well as eg factory GmbH, which manages all operational activities for the energy supply companies.

Under the umbrella of ExtraHolding, we have a presence at three locations in Germany: in Monheim am Rhein, in Neuss and in Chemnitz.

We are characterised by a stable shareholder structure. This enables us to operate independently of external financiers and to offer our customers forward-looking services.

A key strategy for our future is to invest in our own sustainable German energy production, alongside the continued expansion of our retail and business customer segments. This enables us to offer our customers even greater security and stability in the future, whilst simultaneously investing in a clean future.
