ExtraHolding GmbH

In 2008, the company started under the name ExtraServices before changing its name to ExtraHolding GmbH in 2013.

We hold and manage the investments as well as business units of the extragroup. These include ExtraEnergie GmbH, an independent supplier of green electricity and climate-neutral gas, and eg factory GmbH, which runs the entire operational business for ExtraEnergie GmbH.

Under the umbrella of ExtraHolding GmbH, we are represented at three locations in Germany: in Monheim am Rhein, in Neuss, and in Chemnitz.

Sustainability for the future.
We are characterized by a stable shareholder structure. This enables us to act independently of external financiers and to work in a sustainable, customer-oriented manner. An important strategic goal for our future - in addition to the further expansion of retail banking - is the ongoing development of the commercial customer segment.
