As the parent company, ExtraHolding GmbH holds and manages the shareholdings and business units of ExtraEnergie GmbH, eg factory GmbH, ExtraGrün GmbH and EVD EnergieVersorgung Deutschland GmbH GmbH.
Together, these companies form the extragroup.
